We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as personal care items, accessories, or items marked as “Final Sale,” cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return Process

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges
